Technical Director - Forging Industry Association, Cleveland, OH is seeking a personable, well organized project manager with strong communications and interpersonal skills to coordinate and lead the technical and research activities of the Forging Industry Association (FIA). The successful candidate will bring a technical aptitude, intellectual curiosity and spirit of collaboration to work with government agencies, universities and FIA members/volunteers. Experience and familiarity with the forging industry and a degree or equivalent experience sought. Prior involvement in government or industry led technology programs is desirable. Duties will include acting as a technical resource to FIA Members, customers and Magnet Schools; creating industry technical publications; seeking funding proposals; interacting with research partners and association volunteers and coordination of the Association's Technical Committee.
